This policy explains what information Esporte collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. Read it before you enter the arena.
1. Overview
Esporte ("the App") is a sports arcade game combining the Catch & Surge reflex mode with the Tactical Stadium Duel, published by the developer identified in the Contact section below. This Privacy Policy describes the personal and technical information the App collects when you play, how that information is used, who it may be shared with, and the choices available to you. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Our goal is to collect only what's needed to run stadium-stage progression, daily duels, streaks, achievements, and career statistics, and to support relevant in-app advertising.
2. What We Collect
Personal information. The App does not require you to create an account or submit a name, email address, or phone number to play. If you voluntarily contact us (for example, by email), we will collect whatever information you include in that message.
Technical information. We and our service providers automatically collect device model, operating system and version, locale/language settings, IP address, unique device and advertising identifiers, app version, crash and diagnostic logs, and network connection type. Your advertising identifier is retained only for as long as your device makes it available to us and is used solely for advertising and analytics purposes.
Usage information. We collect gameplay data such as arena stage progress, Catch & Surge run results, Tactical Stadium Duel outcomes, Bonus Score, win/loss streaks, daily reward claims, achievement progress, booster usage, and career statistics (plays, match time, points, and target performance).
On-device information. Some settings, such as your current stage progress and daily streak status, may be stored locally on your device to let you resume play quickly.
3. How We Use It
- Operate, maintain, and improve Catch & Surge and the Tactical Stadium Duel
- Track arena progress, streaks, achievements, and career statistics
- Diagnose crashes and technical issues
- Measure feature engagement (e.g., which boosters or duel modes are most popular)
- Personalize and measure the performance of in-app advertising
- Respond to support requests you send us
4. Cookies & Similar Technologies
The App itself does not use browser cookies, but it and its third-party partners use comparable device-level technologies — such as mobile advertising identifiers and SDK-based local storage — to recognize your device, remember preferences, and measure advertising performance. You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device's system settings.
5. Advertising & Third-Party Services
Esporte uses the following third-party services to operate, analyze, and support the App:
Firebase Analytics OneSignal Install Referrer
These providers may process your advertising identifier and other technical information described in Section 2 for analytics and attribution purposes. Your advertising identifier is retained only for as long as your device makes it available to us and is used solely for advertising and analytics purposes. We do not permit these providers to use your data for purposes unrelated to operating and measuring the App.
Firebase Analytics helps us understand how players move between arena stages and duel modes; OneSignal delivers push notifications (such as daily duel and streak reminders); Install Referrer attributes installs to the campaign or store listing that led to your download.
6. Bonus Score & In-Match Boosters
Esporte awards Bonus Score for completing daily streaks, winning Tactical Stadium Duels, and claiming daily rewards. Bonus Score functions as an in-app scoring and reward multiplier and has no cash value.
Esporte's currently available materials do not describe any cosmetic, purely visual purchase items (such as skins or themes); if cosmetic items are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Bonus Score and booster entitlements have no cash value outside the App, cannot be redeemed for real-world money, and cannot be transferred between players or accounts.
7. User-Generated Content, Stats & Records
Esporte does not include chat, messaging, or public profile features. Career statistics, win/loss records, streaks, and achievement progress are generated through play and stored to track your personal performance; they are not shared publicly or with other players through the App.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited technical and usage information with the service providers listed in Section 5 so they can provide analytics, attribution, and notification services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your information in a portable format. You can also limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier through your device settings. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13.
11. Children's Privacy
Esporte is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date, and continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
